Red Bird Vitality Transformation Tables are a series of workshops for those that want to learn a little more about stress management but don't want the commitment of clinics or therapy practices. Each workshop is a roundtable discussion with others going through the same things you are. Workshops usually last one hour and are held at the studio and virtually.
